"The location and scenery is amazing. The separate spa and waterfall complex is lovely, the pool temperature is perfect and worth the money when you add a treatment. The buffet breakfast, dinner and a la carte were all great. The hotel pool could do with more and newer sun loungers and area around the pool kept cleaner. There could be more staff, sometimes by the pool it was difficult to get hold of someone. The bedrooms and ensuites could do with a bit of TLC - cracks, chips etc in a few...
