「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

「wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Had to sleep with the air-con off for several nights. Fortunately it was not too hot. Knew the room was fairly small when booking, not complaining, just left the luggage on the plank in the toilet and covered it with a raincoat bought from a museum . Problem solved. Couldn't leave it on the floor due to knee problems....

「很有歷史的特色飯店，每一層樓梯間都有不同裝飾很特別；內部裝潢很有中古世紀的感覺、房間讓人感覺溫馨舒服! 下雨天即使待在房間裡也很自在! 早餐精緻、豐富、好吃，環境優雅! 飯店位置非常好，距離主要景點都很近，吃東西、搭公車都方便! 若有機會，還是會回來住!」

「飯店很好，住的很舒服，房間很大，附近很安靜。關於住宿的部分真的很不錯，以它的價格來說真的很划算。我如果來斯德哥爾摩還是會考慮這裡！很不錯！ 早餐不能說不好，就是兩個麵包，一片起司，兩片火腿和幾片生菜，優格和果汁還有咖啡和茶。如果懶得準備早餐，加購早餐的價格也不貴，可以選擇。 如果有空準備早餐，房間內的廚房用品一應俱全，很方便！附近也有超市，所以如果我下次再有機會來，我會選擇自己做早餐。」
