「2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. 」

「酒店距CTM巴士站約5分鐘車程，附近食店很少。不要被酒店的外表騙到，客房陳設老舊，隔音差，浴室有黃跡和臭味。櫃檯前一位“阿叔”態度惡劣，真的要反影一下。事緣那天我們黃昏到達，完成沙漠之旅，禮貌上都要和導遊說聲再見，但他已經不耐煩，在入住表簽名位置，用筆大力“點”一下，完全沒說話，像命令我們一樣。當時我們很累就不跟他計較。後來洗滌後需要風筒(這是今次旅遊唯一一間沒風筒的旅館)，我的丈夫便到櫃檯借，剛好又是他。他隨即回覆已全部借出，明天來取。這時我丈夫憤怒地用英語問他:我現在洗髮，你叫我明天來取？這麼大的一間酒店一個風筒也沒有？你這是什麼工作態度？他當場呆了，抄下房號並說稍後送來。前後不到10分鐘風筒送來了。我們在這裡住了兩晚，那夜之後直到我們離開，都再不見他。」

「This is a oasis or calm and tranquilly just metres away from the hustle and bustle of a major route through the old city medina. The host and hostess were a delight, very friendly and accommodating. Although their English was on par with my French, we managed with humour and good grace. They were prepared to get up early and make a breakfast before I left. 「We had a super smooth and friendly check-in. Our comfort was the top concern of the kind man at reception - he was incredibly helpful and accommodating - customer service was his priority. Our room was lovely - a corner room with a wrap-around balcony. Room temperature was warm and cozy for the chilly Moroccan night. We were within walking distance to a number of eateries and small food stores. Breakfast was included in our rate. Mostly Moroccan food on offer, but a buffet of items. ...

「Ensemble de 2 maisons avec 2 piscines. Beaux salons marocains. Grande chambre mais manque de rangements ( pas de placard ni de commode ). Petite salle de bain sans aucun rangement. Personnel gentil . Par contre gros soucis niveau restauration ( grosse attente pour manger malgré 1 commande faite dans l'après-midi). 1h d'attente pour 4 cocas. Couscous très bon. Riad bord de route mais les chambres donnant sur jardin très calmes.」
