「Good to stay here」

「The staff is great! The rooms are clean and breakfast was good. However I booked 2 rooms specifically because they offered indoor pool and jacuzzi and they are closed! There was no information via Expedia or the hotel website. We had no notice that the pool and jacuzzi were not available ( we would have gone somewhere else ) this was a gift for myself , my daughter and her husband and our night was ruined. The front door lady said there was nothing she could do because I booked via a third...

「Great stay here on a recent anniversary trip to Fredricksburg from Houston. Friendly staff, clean rooms. 」

「The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our family had a great time in the pool area and loved the evening s'mores! The food was a little pricey, but tasted great with large portions. We had issues with the room TV not working and the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. A manager offered to move our room and refunded some meals for our inconvenience.」

「Starting with check-in- at 3pm- checkin time- we went into the office a man came out- said he could not check us in. He called someone else who was over at the adjoining cafe- who then eventually got there and checked us in. She was very nice and efficient. But had no king bed rooms left- which is what i had made reservations for. So, ok. The rooms are just that- a room- nothing special, few amenities, but relatively clean. Now about the adjacent cafe: the next morning, we were skeptical...

「Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.」
