「A hotel that matches what you pay for it. It’s clean, well kept, and does exactly what you expect of it. The staff are nice, the cleaners are great, overall I’d recommend especially given its proximity to great public transport.」

「Pleasant surprise throughout the stay, right from the check in all the way to check out. Staffs are amazingly friendly and accommodating. Hotel's location is like second to none with the river behind and very cute street full of shops and eatery just within couple minute walk out of the gate. Breakfast was also amazing. It says four star hotel but easily one of the better ones in the category. 」

「Matilda was exceptional in her customer service. Only negative is there is no lift. Not good for us as no assistance to get luggage upstairs. Will check before booking next time.」
