A group of guys here for the rugby. Good check in and out. Breakfast nice and varied. A bar would have been nice. A good stay. Would certainly consider again. Good value for money.

The positives, we stayed during the RugbyWorld Cup so everywhere was busy. The staff at reception were brilliant and very helpful. The room was on the yellow floor and was clean and quiet. The shower had good pressure and was always hot. Although outside the city centre, it is really easy to get about with the T2 and T4 within in a 5 minute walk. The area felt safe to walk about even late at night. The improvements (minor), the pillows were incredibly flat and not comfortable to sleep on. A shelf in the shower would be useful to put things on. Reception is bright and modern but certainly on floor 2, the first impression out the lift wasn’t the best. The red carpet is old and stained and with the black walls it looks tired and dated.

Comfortable and accessible

The stay was very comfortable and everything was clean, and even got to enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna for one night! Was easy to get to my train station for travel the next day.

A rustic, charming 200 year old farmhouse. I had a lovely stay- the host was delightful and very kind. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with homemade breads, jams and locally made cheese. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Good location and easy parking. The "spa" is a jacuzzi with luke warm water and a steam room. Hallways are too dark all all room lights go out immediately when taking key out, doesnt feel safe

The front desk is not 24/7. We arrived at 7pm and we have had to self check-in through a machine. The description of hotel mention it has a SPA as our benefit, but we did not find that and had no one to ask for. Note: they charge addition fee for after hour call.

Not good. Terrible location in a sketchy neighborhood. Very dirty. The carpet was just disgusting. Lack of hand towel and shower matt. No shelve in the shower. Very Small bottle of shower gel for two. Dirty walls and just wired. A lot of unnecessary shelves in the room. A very small TV looks like a computer desktop. No English channels. Very confusing signage in the parking lot.
