「We had an exceptional stay at Villa Florentine and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Set in a stunning renovated convent, the room was impeccably clean and the staff consistently attentive. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety and healthy options. The steps leading to the hotel helped offset the delicious meals of Lyon. We would not hesitate to stay here again.」

「Rooms very nice. While the room itself was classic European, the bathroom was very upscale and new. Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Location in old town, on one floor of a residential apartment building, we walked a bit to restaurants. Be aware there are three steps up to the one person elevator and managing luggage is awkward. I am 70 and did fine.」

「This is a very charming hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The Massena train stop was a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient to hop on the metro to get to Old Lyon in 10-15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. We would stay here again. 」

The transportation details provided by the hotel is so clear that I was able to arrive the hotel easily by public transportation without any issue.
