Clean, comfortable studio near the station that had everything you need for a couple of nights in Lyon. The only downside was that interconnecting rooms meant we could hear every word the people next to us said, and that the soundproofing to outside isn't fantastic. Still a good option for the price we paid.

This is NOT a luxury hotel. That said, it worked well for us mostly due to the location but also friendly staff and it was quiet.

This is very close to the train station. We were able to wheel luggage to and from hotel. No luggage storage until check in was a drawback. I stayed in a family suite with kitchen. I had 2 double beds and it was very spacious for 2 adults and a young child. Kitchen sink worked but a bit loose. Detergent dispenser didn't work. No dish drainer, paper towels provided. Ok for staying 2 nights. Water dispenser available at dining area was a plus. They ask you to wash your own dishes and throw your own garbage at checkout.

The facility was clean. But laundry is a joke inlesss you are desperate. 4€ per load to wash and 2€ to dry for 10 min…..no in room ironing board or iron. No washcloths but we had 5 body towels. The front end staff were nice, most speak English as well as French.

It is a very convenient, efficient stay. My room was very simple and clean, and one of the largest European rooms I have ever stayed in. I didn’t use the kitchenette, but for a longer stay, it would have been great. The area is not fancy—it is working-class-immigrant, but I felt perfectly safe.

It's close to Gare de Lyon, so I think it's a great place to use this station to travel to other cities. Everything is in good condition as a hotel, but the only thing is the Wifi security, which is too free judging from the reaction of my PC, so if you have confidential work matters, you may want to be a little careful.

Our room was a good size, clean and the bed comfortable and large (queen.) The room needed an arm chair and was certainly large enough for that. We did not find the kitchen to be well equipped, just the bare minimum. The only kitchen knife was a (dull) paring knife: not even a bread knife. There were just two of everything: 2 forks, 2 teaspoons, two plates etc. There is a detailed inventory of equipment that you are supposed to verify so it’s not that a previous guest had taken items. The two cups were tiny ( maybe 150 ml) and the glasses were juice glasses (175 ml). Anyway if you plan to do anything than get take out or microwave soup and drink straight from cans or bottles you’ll find it a poor setup . The area around the Part Dieu station is a bit manic and not inviting (beware of the scooters) but the area immediately around the hotel is fine. There are a good bakery and butcher plus several smaller grocery stores but not much in the way of dining or drinking options.

This was a very bare bones accommodation which was adequately clean. There was a smell that comes up from the drain that was not pleasant. It seems it may be an ongoing issue when I mentioned it to staff. The people working at this hotel are extremely kind and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant.
