"The common areas were clean, and breakfast was neat with a decent selection. However, when I entered the room, the bathroom was not clean—there were used towels hanging, so I had to check each time whether the towels were actually clean before using them. The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy. "Property is beautiful. Checking in was a disaster. Restaurant was mediocre at best. Breakfast was a horrible experience. Kept moving to different rooms every morning. Had dry cereal but no milk. Waffle maker but no butter for waffles. Only had orange juice and/or apple juice. On one of the three days. Powdered eggs and sausage were cold every day. "
