"This was our first stay at an Extended Stay and probably our last. The hotel has no amenities. Nothing in the kitchen. No plates, forks, knives, nothing. No warm breakfast. Get that at even the cheap hotels."

"We had made the reservations 4 months ahead and when we get there shortly after the earliest check in time 3:15-3:30pm we were told we couldn't stay because they had over booked by 5 rooms and they didn't have a room for us. We were sent to another hotel which didn't have the same accommodations or cost and as well as in the opposite direction we needed to go for our event by 15 minutes. We got to the new hotel and found out they were told that morning that they were going to be sent customers from Home2. No one had the common courtesy to call us ahead of time to save us time or allow us to try to make other reservations. We were late to our event and we had to pay more than double over what we were going to have to pay at Home2. I will be calling the manager. As of right now we have not be compensated for their screw up. The other hotel was surprised that Home2 didn't cover the difference in cost."

"Despite speaking with the staff the day prior to my arrival to confirm our reservation, we showed up and were told (1) we were at the wrong hotel which was not the case, (2) then told they didn't have our reservation and were fully booked, (3) then were told it was because we used Expedia rather than booked directly, (4) then were told it was because we didn't check-in through the mobile app. It was a complete disaster. During this experience at the front desk, we also overheard their phone conversation with a checked-in guest telling them we don't know how you got the room with the king bed but "you are going to have to move out". They also couldn't give us our key cards and had to walk us to the room to drop off our bags. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable but the front desk staff were terrible."

"Clean, well-maintained, quiet, good location. Bed was large but uncomfortable with plastic covering on the mattress under sheet that made noise with every move. Staff member was very nice and helpful over the phone, but no staff members were available in person for late check-in (approximately 9:30pm). Also, no staff members were available at check-out (approximately 10am). "

"Overall, good for the value. No soap in the shower dispenser. But room was clean, staff was friendly."

"we booked the rule through Expedia, which was confirmed however, upon arrival to the location, we was met with not staff personnel by a kiosk machine with a monitor set up. We spoke with our person at a remote location that informed us that there was no rooms available however I asked why we wasn’t notified or did they have our contact information they said yes we have your email as well as your telephone number that you used to book the reservation and so I request and ask again why was we notified about this? The lady did not answer the question assuming that she might not know the reason that we was notified so I asked her she sent me a email confirming about the cancellation so she sent me an email. However this was quite disturbing considering we had got there roughly about 130 in the morning. my major issue is you have our contact information why you didn’t just have the courtesy to let us know that there was no room available or was you hoping that we did not show up since we had said we was gonna be a late arrival and just hope you could just charges for a room that you didn’t even have available. That’s the reason that is getting a wood star."

"Super clean! Breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. We were there for ice hockey and its a 10 min walk and even less for local restaurants. Covered parking. Will definitely stay again next year! "

"The ac in the room i had didnt work. Would not get cooler than 77, it was sixty outside i would have rather opened a window. When i asked the front desk about maintenance or switching rooms they said you should have asked earlier. I had only been in the room for three hours at that point. I will stay on exit 54 next time and pay a little more for a room."
