「Excellent location, full of restaurants, shops. Hotel staff is attentive and goes above and beyond. The hotel has a good restaurant and a great and very convenient shelter with a helpful attendant who offered us drinks (water, coffee, etc.), facilities. 「Really classy place in one of the best areas of Lviv. There’s a great rooftop terrace, and the restaurant is good. Walkable, safe, clean, and a heck of a value for the money. ALL staff were so friendly and welcoming I’ll be staying here on my next visit! 」

「I’ve stayed here for the second time, and the room had windows facing the indoor garden. It’s ok, I just prefer windows facing the street. Also this time the sanitary packs were missing. when we asked, only one set was given for 2 people (twin room). Overall I was satisfied, just wondered how attentive this hotel is to detail.」

「This is not a 4 star hotel. It is extremely outdated. The rooms are in poor condition, the water pressure was terrible it was impossible to take a shower. The breakfast was poor the coffee was burnt and there was no where to even sit. Toilet seat in the bathroom did not work properly as it was electric it was not working. 」

「pros:looks new. clean and mordern. staff is helpful. close to old town and everything while away from the noises. bed is comfortable cons: while i appreciate free coffee and bottled water in the lobby, it would be perfect to have kettle and fridge in-room. toilet ground is wet after shower because there is leakage from the shower cubicle. 」
