At the desk, pay 10 hrivna and then keep climbing up, up, and up until you reach the open deck at the top of the tower. Then enjoy the view!

Great location! Close to the city most interesting attractions and great restaurants. Beautiful view from the room. Room was very clean, nice bed and very nice and accommodating people at the front desk.

The staff was superb; extremely friendly and helpful. Hardworking troopers during hard times, considering that most have family members fighting in the war. Under different circumstances, I would have stayed longer. I am sure this area will be overrun with tourists, once Ukraine wins!

Hard to find the front desk to check in

Overall a decent place to stay. We got there quite late and had some difficulty finding where to check in. Once we found the front desk on the 5th floor thenthings were good. The breakfast was good.

Great place in Lviv!

#1 it has an elevator! On top of that the staff was very kind and accommodating. We only needed it for the day and couldn’t stay the night due to it basically being a layover day before catching the train. But we really liked the place and the location is phenomenal.

The Aparta-Hotel's location is excellent, quirky (5th and 6th floors of a shopping mall accessible via a lift or stairs), the room was basic (no frills), clean, and had everything we needed. Additional amenities (like an iron) upon request at reception. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I was hesitant at booking this hotel but now I am very glad I did. Price was reasonable, free basic breakfast which was always well prepared and delivered to our room. I would highly recommend this hotel and I'd also recommend purchasing slippers from the reception.

Amazing 5 star resort on top of a shopping mall

This place is so freeking cool. It's on the top of a Mall. My room was bigger than a house and full of amenities like bottle water and toiletries. The fact that it's a luxurious penthouse at a modest price on top of a Mall makes it a great place. However, the staff makes it phenomenal! Ana the receptionist was extremely nice. She spoke perfect English. She let me check in a little early and even helped me find a place to buy glasses. The cleaning ladies had the biggest smiles and greeted me everytime I passed them. The security guard who let me out at 6am was also a very professional gentleman. This isn't a hotel, it's a 5 star resort.

Perfect Location and Comfort

The location is perfect, close to many attraction places within walking distance. Room is newly renovated and value for money. Breakfast was also good. We were stay in family apart and it was very clean and comfortable.
