"Got a king size bed room but was "upgraded" to a room with 2 twin beds and a better view. But it was the room by the elevators so it was noisy and not what I wanted. Probably in the hopes of having the more desirable room to sell to others. Then the front desk miscommunicate that they offer me complimentary breakfasts for the room change, only to be told, no breakfast when we arrive to eat. Then the manager give us vouchers for coffee or juice, only for the staff to try to charge me for juice and had to call the manager again to fix. Waitied 40 minutes on the rooftop restaurant to get food. Multiple items on the menu was not available. Very unfortunate experience all around. Maybe im just unlucky today but it was disappointing service. "
