"Good breakfast, all the wall mount power sockets are loose and difficult to get a good power connection to phone and laptop power plug. Including hairdryer power socket in the bathroom."

"Check in was quick and seamless and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our luggage was quickly delivered to our room. The room itself wasn’t really big was just enough and perfect for our needs. It was clean and well maintained and very comfortable! My fiancé and I loved the breakfast and enjoyed how they showcased a unique Filipino kakanin daily! The shuttle to the malls too was very useful, but know that it is on a first come first serve basis and when we used it, it only had drop off and no pick-up. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would come back and stay there again :)"

"This is an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Only downside was on this occasion I had to wait over an hour and half to check in. Their police is checkin starts at 2pm. However, I was still made to wait past 2pm. I have stayed here many times and will put this down to the hotel being extremely busy. My wife and I always stay here when in Manila"
