"This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!"

Standing water around the bathtub, no drainage. There’s only one electrical outlet which was utilized by the small refrigerator and tv. There’s no electrical outlet to charge your cell phone or electronic gadgets inside the room. No electrical outlet in the bathroom neither. One bed has no headboard.
