Típico Hotel de cidade do Interior

É um hotel de cidade do interior...para quem está acostumado a se hospedar em tudo que é tipo de lugar, vai entender.Todavia a acústica é péssima, as portas fazem muito barulho. Dão somente uma chave, aí quem sai depende de quem está dentro para abrir, temos um bebê e isso foi um incoveniente. O café é beeeeem simples. Enfim, dá para dormir uma noite e só.

Só não vou dizer que foi ótimo devido a algumas dificuldades com a chave de acesso ao quarto que sempre eu precisava de um atendente pra me auxiliar a abertura do quarto. E o cheiro que só aquecia durante a noite. Como se aquecedor passasse o dia todo desligado. Mas enfim.... No resto um bom hotel e um café maravilhoso.

Bom hotel, pode melhorar a conservação

Tudo correu dentro da normalidade. Bom café da manhã, conforto das camas e da acomodação foram satisfatórios, o espaço também foi de acordo com o número de pessoas. O atendimento foi excelente, não temos do que reclamar. A limpeza parece que foi feita com qualidade e assiduidade. Os pontos a melhorar foram de conforto acústico, pois escutamos muitos barulhos de acomodações vizinhas já mais tarde da noite, bem como de conservação, pois tivemos problema com vazamento de água do box para a área seca do banheiro, a ducha higiênica não estava em condições de uso, a torneira da pia estava se soltando e a tampa com assento do vaso, apesar de funcional, tinha aspecto manchado e que não aparentava limpeza apesar de estar limpa. O problema do vazamento que foi o que mais gerou incômodo foi avisado a recepção, mas como ficamos só duas noites não sabemos com será tratado o problema. Eu recomendo mesmo assim, mas acho que tanto pela localização como pelos bons serviços de atendimento, café da manhã e limpeza, acho que a questão de conservação fica aquem e pode melhorar.

Péssimo

Gostaria de relatar minha frustação nessa minha última hospedagem.. Eu já fiquei algumas vezes nesse hotel com meu esposo e sempre gostei e por isso voltei algumas vezes, porém nessa última estadia eu fiquei no quarto 302 bem mais simples que os demais, pois nas outras vezes fiquei na suite master e nupcial. Assim, nesse quarto 302 o ar condicionado desligava no controle mas permanecia ligado e só desligava na tomada e chamei a recepcionista para olhar, porém trocou a pilha mas não resolveu. O ralo do banheiro é diferente da caída da água, assim toda vez que toma banho a água escorre toda para fora do box e molha todo o banheiro.Relatei na recepção e pediram para limpar e colocaram várias toalhas no chão mas nada impediu do banheiro ficar alagado toda vez que usava o chuveiro. Por fim, no café da manhã fui pedir para fazer omelete e tapioca como todas as outras vezes que fiquei e a menina me informou que não estava fazendo. Achei isso um absurdo pois o café já não tem muita opção de alimentos e só isso que comia das outras vezes, então fiquei sem comer pois as coisas que tinha no café eram apenas industrializadas e sem opção. Por fim, o elevador não estava funcionando os dois dias que fiquei hospedada no hotel. Gostaria de deixar um elogio para as pessoas que trabalham lá, pois não tem culpa do hotel está perdendo a qualidade e toda vez que reclamei foram solícitas e tentaram resolver no que cabiam.
