Then they closed the reception desk an hour before closing time and left us stranded, with no response to our calls, emails, or anything else. They have ruined our trip. We wasted the entire day urgently searching for a new hotel.」

「Don’t know how some of the hotels get 8 or 9 rating. Low bed, no air conditioning, dusty, fan didn’t work, faucet broke, no ice or drinks available, loud frogs. Secure entry, nice Chateau and friendly staff made up for some of it. My wife wasn’t impressed.」

「Nous avons passé une nuit à la Fontaine Racine afin de découvrir la Cité Internationale de la Langue Française située à 15 mn en voiture. Cette maison familiale est pleine de charme, avec tout le confort. La décoration est épurée. L'accueil est charmant. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Nous n'avons pas pu profité du jardin en raison de la météo. La vue sur le canal de l'Ourq est un vrai plus, dommage que les chambres d'hôtes donnent de l'autre côté.」

「早上報到時工作人員就寫錯房號，直到我園區玩了一整天看完煙火，回來提領行李回到飯店房間之後，因為行李太重扛不上二樓到櫃檯要改房間時才發現給錯房號跟住宿區域…超扯…隔天退房後忘了一罐啤酒在房內窗邊，詢問櫃檯直接表示房務回報整理沒發現，就是直接幹走當做自己的了啊！整理到沒帶走的物品連等個一天都不願意…Zz」

「We had a one nights stay here and it was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the jaguar lodge and have some amazing photos. Our kids loved sleeping on the mezzanine floor. The lodge was spotlessly clean. We walked through the avary to access our lodge. Included in our stay was some time with the zoo keeper and we also got to go in and feed the african grey parrots.
