「A very well equipped hotel with nice restaurants and bar, and also a swimming pool. Somehow it’s quite difficult to find some nice restaurants in Luxor though it’s a touristique spot, so I’m happy that I can find some good food here. There’s live music every night in the courtyard, surprisingly. The staff are friendly too.」

「Overall everything was nice. Room was spacious, not new but very cozy. WiFi is OK. Staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. I accidentally arrived one day earlier but the check in staff handled it perfectly. Two restaurants in the lobby were nice. Generally the Egyptian cooks well for both traditional dishes and foreign dishes. ATM right at the front door which both foreign currency cash exchange and money withdraws can be done, which is very convenient. Little convenience store,...

「Hotel super limpio, super cómodo y con un ambiente super agradable. Lo mejor de todo es su cocina, tanto de los restaurantes a la carta como el buffet. Apartado del bullicio de la ciudad pero a la vez accesible por cualquier medio, incluso caminando. 」

「Not sure why others had issues with the hotel. Our staff was more than pleasant. Lovely hotel,staff are very welcoming and helpful with queries. Pool staff are very helpful too! Clean room, and hotel staff are able to make arrangements and help with any issues with our flights or trips. Thank you for a lovely staff, will defo be booking the hotel again if I return to Luxor. 」

「The only good thing about this hotel was the location, however once we checked in, we left asap because we found a cockroach in the curtains… a flying one too. We’re not picky travelers and we like to stay at economically friendly place but would not stay at a place with roaches or bed bugs. Pay a little extra to stay across the street at Pyramisa or somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place as we couldn’t even complete our stay」
