This property does not meet the standards of a luxury apartment as advertised. The promotional material was misleading. Although the listing stated it was a non-smoking unit, evidence of smoking including odors, stains, and cigarette butts was present in various areas. Trash bags were found on the balcony, and cleanliness throughout the apartment was inadequate; stains and grease were noticeable on surfaces, appliances, and cookware. The oven produced a strong smell due to cleaning residue that had not been properly removed. At check-in, amenities such as bath towels and soap were missing, and when towels were supplied, they were stained and of poor quality. The bedding and kitchen supplies were similarly substandard, with only a dirty sponge provided and the coffee machine left unclean. Most pots did not work with the induction stovetop and were also in poor condition. Several furnishings, including the couch and walls, showed signs of wear and staining, and some decorative elements were missing. Multiple ceiling lights, including those in the bathrooms, were also out of order and were not repaired after being reported. Resolving these concerns required numerous calls, photo documentation, and resulted in receiving only minimal compensation from Hotels.com following extensive discussions. While the apartment offers complimentary parking and convenient access to the tram line, the overall experience did not justify the cost or match the high level advertised.
