「O check in foi muito confuso, eles pediram pra gente entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp para receber o número do quarto, entramos em contato e n obtivemos resposta. A sinalização é confusa dentro do edifício também, foi uma pessoa que nos ajudou e depois uma hospede italiana que nos ajudou a contactar um funcionário, se n fosse ela, não sei como seria. Inclusive, tivemos um problema com um chuveiro, mandamos mensagem pelo WhatsApp e eles não responderam, mas foram resolver. Então assim, o lugar é...

「The room was very clean and modern, and the location was excellent, just steps from the beach with several good restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that the room was very small, the air conditioning did not work properly so we couldn’t sleep well, and the front desk was unavailable after 5:00 PM.」

「This hotel is so difficult to find they explains you the way to enter like roughly the building looks scary but inside the room looks nice, you be by you own there nobody is taking care of you! The hotel is completely with nobody! Really scary!」

「Absolute gem of a place. Such a lovely BnB, that is well looked after. Massimo adds so much care and ensures you are comfortable throughout your stay. The rooms are clean, they look exactly like they do in the pictures and there's plenty of room and light. The place itself is away from the busy the city and is peaceful. The lift is tiny when you arrive so do prepare yourself, but I think its adequate amount of space for 2 people and 2 small luggages. (Ensure you keep 10 euro cents on you so...

「Very unique property. Owners were very helpful. They even ordered us cabs for airport. Breakfast was great and home cooked, No elevators- so very hard with luggage. Neighborhood a little sketchy.」

「Excellent location to navigate a Napoli visit. There is no front desk.you must contact the host. It's self check in which was a bit confusing at first but once accomplished, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend」
