The location is good as it is close to the town center. The bathroom wall had some stains on and the counter top was not thoroughly cleaned. There were some mosquito like flying bugs in the room for the 3 nights I stayed. There were a lot of tour groups staying in the hotel; there were not enough seats in the cafeteria for breakfast as all the tour groups had breakfast at the same time. Overall, the room is spacious and the staff were friendly.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Staff were enthusiastic and always eager to help, breakfast was sufficient and good quality, location wise, right on the edge of a busy shopping center, quiet and safe.

チェックイン時対応もスムーズで丁寧。1泊のみだったが高層階の眺めの良い部屋で心地良かった。朝食も当地ならではのめずらしい物等食べられたし、チョイスも色々あり楽しめた。 1つだけ大変残念だったのが、ホテルのすぐ前に高速道路？建設中のため降りたバス停留所からホテルにたどり着くまで大変苦労した。今年11月には工事は終わるそうだが、そのような細かい情報はなかなか日本にいると分からないので、困った。タクシーも工事終了まではホテル前には停車できない。

とにかくお部屋が広くて気分がいいです。 Bluetooth 対応の小型スピーカーも、USBジャックも備えつけられていて、かなり快適に過ごせました。アメニティ類も申し分ありません。強いて言うならホテル内に中華のレストランがあればもっと良かった。近隣に沢山レストランはあるので、困ることはありませんが。

Nice spot

We stayed at this Hyatt Place during a visit to Shaolin Temple and The grottos. The hotel was lovely, the complimentary breakfast was unexpected and great. Enjoyed our stay. There is a ton of construction in Luoyang and traffic was crazy in the area.

ホテル周辺で地下鉄・高架道路の工事が続いており、ホテルの入り口が少しわかりにくくなっています。 周辺は少し、騒々しいですが、ホテル内は静かです。 ハイアットの中では中級のプレイスブランドなので、非常にシンプルです。 スタッフは皆親切でした。

Comfortable base for visiting the Longmen Grottoes

We had a one night stopover to visit the Longmen Grottoes. The hotel is very new, with good sized, comfortable rooms and a pretty good breakfast offering. Luoyang is pretty big, so not much was within walking distance (except for lovely Wangcheng Park over the road). However, the hotel reception were very helpful in organising taxis to the grottoes and Longmen station. The bar was also very welcome after a long hot day too! Once the subway opens in a year or two, it will be super convenient.

The breakfast was good and the hotel well located. Some attention is required to maintaining room standard such as in the bath room where tiles are not grouted properly and water hardness is causing deposits of calcium.

The hotel was quite new and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff, especially Daisy, went out of their way to help us.

On check-in we were placed on a smoking floor and not offered an option for a non-smoking floor. When we eventually moved to a non-smoking floor, guests still smoked on that floor and the no smoking policy was clearly not enforced. The carpet in the 1st room was wet and the safe was also not working. Although we indicated that there would be 4 guests - 2 adults and 2 children, the sofa bed in both rooms was not adequate to accommodate the 2 children. The reception and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Family Vacation

Breakfast was excellent. Room condition was good. Easy to get taxi nearby. Lobby starts from the 6th floor, but has a big Hyatt sign out-front and also one of the tallest building near-by. Overall, the stay was excellent. Perfect for a family vacation.
