Nice property for the price, very convenient to get to the various ancient sites of Luoyang. The room and facility itself was a bit outdated but otherwise very clean and has all the amenities you need at a hotel.

Good except bed was uncomfortable

Breakfast was good, front desk was really nice, bed was uncomfortable, cleaning staff forgot to put back bath soap and don’t give you enough toilet paper. Not much food in immediate area, have to walk a long block to get to restaurants but subway is steps away

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly. Everyone did an amazing job. Many foreigners here, not just english speakers. The staff assisted all, the language ability was awesome. The housekeepers on floor 16 were wonderful, high regards to them. One person that I want to recognize is Mr. Andy Cheng, he assisted us several times and was the epitome of a great employee. Great customer service to all!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei Erwachsene Personen gebucht und auch bezahlt. An der Rezeption erhielten wir allerdings nur zwei Zimmerkarten. Als wir eine dritte wollten, hieß es, dass wir diese nicht bekommen da pro Zimmerkarte nur ein Frühstück inkludiert ist. Leider gab es eine kleine Diskussion, die wir dann unseres deutschsprachigen Reiseleiter schlussendlich zu unseren Gunsten klären konnten. Es ist völlig unverständlich, warum bei einer Belegung von drei Personen (bei Buchung so angegeben) nur zwei ein Frühstück erhalten sollen. Keine Ahnung, ob der Fehler beim Hotel oder bei EXPEDIA liegt so oder so für uns als Gäste völlig unbefriedigend Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig, alles in allem hat es gepasst. Aufgrund der Lage kommt das Hotel bei einem weiteren Besuch sicherlich wieder in die engere Wahl.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Ein sehr einfach gehaltenes Hotel mit tollem Service und freundlichem Personal. Ich durfte zwei Stunden früher einchecken. Die Ausstattung ist für Reisende perfekt. Man kann hier seine Wäsche kostenlos waschen. Im Flur gibt es jederzeit kostenlos Wasserflaschen. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.
