「You will love this hotel's excellent staff, pristine rooms, beautiful immersion in nature, great pool and spa, and excellent restaurant food, though keep in mind there is a steep uphill walk to the restaurant area which may be challenging for certain guests. Overall, this is a grat place to stay if you love nature and are planning to visit Cocora Valley, Salento and Filandia.」

「The staff: Shirley, Taylor and Carmen were very friendly. Property grounds are very large and beautiful. The view from our balcony was incredible. The decór throughout the hotel is very charming. It does feel like a village from the movie Encanto. The only issue is that food options are limited in the evening. Breakfast can be improved and the jacuzzi looked dated. Otherwise, I would highly recommend El Eden for a relaxing getaway.」

「La comida fue fabulosa y el personal del hotel super amable y siempre en la mejor disposición de resolver cualquier inquietud o problema que se presentará!!!」

「Lugar organizado y limpio. Muy buena disposicion y atencion del personal. El spa no estaba funcionando en remodelacion (seria bueno indiquen esto por el periodo que no estará disponible), esto tambien hacia que se debiera trasnsitar por fuera para llegar a recepción. En general agradable estancia, el comedor tiene una bonita vista tanto a la cuidad como a las montañas. Lo mejorable: aislacion de ruido y demasiada iluminacion en las noches que entra a las habitaciones.」

We arrived at 7:00 a.m., well before check-in, and the hotel offered us the option of enjoying the facilities while we waited or paying for an early check-in, which we appreciated after traveling overnight.
