The room was beautiful and offered an amazing view. The complimentary waters were much appreciated after long days walking around the city. "My experience was on 5/6/2026 I have no complaints about the facility itself. The hotel is excellent, very nicer and conveniently located near the airport. The property itself was great. However, the service was horrible. I made a reservation for this hotel but when I arrived they sent me to another hotel from the same company located about 15 miles away. I had to take a cab and pay for the transfer myself. They did not even offer transportation assistance. They claimed that I had booked the wrong hotel, which is not true. I booked the hotel through Orbitz and the reservation process was very clear. Again, the hotel itself was excellent, and I have nothing against the hotel company as a whole. This was mainly a customer service and communication issue. The effort to accommodate me was close to none. I hope this review helps future guests."
