"Gorgeous view, lovely room, and serene hot springs. Staff was extremely friendly and pointed out which routes to the attractions were the easiest, which were under maintenance, and how to get to places by bus or by foot. Front desk also kindly helped me search for a lost item, scouring even the bus from Taichung in the process. Bus from Taichung was easy to book, comfortable, and clean. Buffet was delicious. One thing to mention: If you want to eat anywhere but the buffet or the lobby, make sure to book in advance! "

"After address the allergy concern to senior management, which is nuts related and might cause serious reactions. Message still not being pass to kitchen, their staff still serve food which will cause severe allergy. Human hair is founded in their spaghetti served. Also we book two room, heating was working properly in one room, but the other has no heating working at all, and sink does not have hot water too. Bed was not clean, towel is broken."

"It is ok. Don't expect much. The staffs are very nice. This is the first hotel where the bathroom is "dirty"...other peoples hair still in tub drain. Therefore make me question the cleanliness of the hot tub as it is the same until."

"It's 10 mins walk from Xitou Nature Education Area. Yet, the facility was just very basic, wonder why it had such a high score. May be all the other B&B were even more worse due to the area is in a rural area."

"This hotel is mostly for local Taiwan residents or visitors from the mainland, but that's great, if you are patient in dealing with the language barrier. The staff was really great ... extremely patient and always ready to help. The surrounding area is mostly indigenous Taiwanese, but this is not an area with many Western tourists. We didn't see any. The local Bunon people are great and the area is amazingly beautiful. Recommend the hike to Rainbow Falls, but be advised it is very, very steep. The trail is wide and well-surfaced, but can be aerobically challenging. The only problems with the room is that there is no shower, only a tub, and there were some exposed wires in the bedroom. It's safe for adults, but I wouldn't want children to pull them. Did not seem to be a fire hazard, but likely doesn't meet the electrical code. The hotel has a downstairs "spa" with water piped in from the Dong-Pu hot springs, like most of the other nearby hotels, but I did not see the spa so don't know what the conditions were."
