Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. "All good, pleasant and helpful staff, decent breakfast, room and common areas all well cleaned. Great for transport links, Excellent value. Only gripe was an extremely hot room - set right in the roof of the property with fairly limited ventilation and headroom. Difficult to complain as I had been ungraded to this room when travelling alone prior to my family joining me the following day for a long weekend break. It was also an uncommonly hot period in a heatwave. But maybe ask not to be put in a roof room on a hot day."
