Embassy Suites Lubbock
The room was not clean. Microwave was dirty. The door didn’t lock. Bed. Sheets were dirty. Mirrors were dirty. We asked the manager for a refund because we were not gonna stay there and they refused. They didn’t even try to get us into a different room. It was very bad service.
