"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

"I was actually expecting it to be a little questionable since it was the cheapest room we found at the last minute. It was very clean, friendly staff & very nice area. Highly recommend."

"Keisha at the front desk was amazingly friendly. The housekeeping could use some continued training. It wasn’t terrible but it certainly was not exceptional in comparison to many other stays or other Home2 Suites we’ve stayed at. All in all, an affordable stay very close to the beach (only 3 min walking beachside of Hwy) and near several restaurants & shops."

"While the linens and towels were spotless, the property was not. The bathroom floor has broken tiles sharp enough to cut your foot. Toilet and paper holder were rusty. Ice machine broken and wooden cabana around ice machine falling apart. TV remote only works when standing 1 foot away from the TV. Couch in the room was in poor shape and seemed dirty. I would definitely not want to sit on it let alone pull out the bed. Platform bed and mattress were hard as a rock and left me with back pain. I will definitely not return to this location for another stay."

"We did enjoy our stay but the hotel is beginning to show signs of wear. The staff was wonderful, but besides getting clean towels, our room was not cleaned. We do treat a room like the Rolling Stones would, but that makes it more important to have the room tidied up a bit."
