「Walking in the lobby looked very nice and clean. Getting into the room it smelled kinda stale and almost musty. The bed was not very comfortable. It felt lumpy in the middle and the outside felt hard. At first we were excited to be right by the back door just to be able toget out to the car easily. Little did we know you we would be hearing every time someone went in and out of the door. There were times when we could smell smoke from other people smoking outside the back door because they must...

「This hotel is adorable. The staff was extrememly friendly and helpful. Their lounge served amazing drinks and snacks. It is located downtown so it was a short walk from the venue of the event we were attending. I was worried about the noise level based on other reviews but that was not an issue at all. Very quiet outside and inside the hotel. Key acces to all exterior doors so no safety issues either. 」

「Check in was easy and cookies were delicious. Right off the interstate so you can hear the traffic but otherwise a quiet stay. The mall is a short drive with good food options. Easy uber ride to downtown area. Would stay again. 」

「I stay at the Brier Creek location a few times a year and they never disappoint. The staff is always nice and friendly. The property is always clean. The breakfast is freshly stocked. The location offers plenty of places to go for entertainment and the property has its own ways to allow enjoyment. Please keep up the good work. My family loves this property!」
