Wonderful, kind, friendly and helpful staff . I have stayed 26 days in this hotel and the staff were very helpful with my needs. Special thanks to Alvina, Edgar,Tigran, Sarkis and Yuri . The breakfast staff were very friendly, thanks to Loura, and Sati as well as to the remaining Kitchen staff members I can not recall there names. Thanks!❤️

Clean and quiet with good breakfast, the service was excellent and staff were very helpful and welcoming The location is very convenient for walking to city centre or the theatre and cascade and beautiful parks I will use the avenue 30 Hotel again and recommend it to everyone Thank you hotel avenue 30
