Clean. Super-nice staff.
Breakfast was good, but could be better.
The biggest problem is access to the pool: there are around 8 steps going down. Adding handrails would be very helpful.
1. Location of the hotel is the best. So central, you can walk to main places 6-8 minutes.
2. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, market, stores around the hotel.
3. Hotel itself is very comfortable
4. Beds and rooms are comfortable and very clean
5. Room has good amount of lights naturally and electrically.
6. Hotel has 24 hour spa/pool/sauna/steam room which is cherry on top. Very clean and very nice:
7. Staff of the hotel are extremely friendly, sweet and helpful. I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels with excellent customer service.
1000% will stay here again for when I’m
Visiting Yerevan!
Hotel beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was excellent. Location was central to most restaurants and to republic square. We would definitely stay here again. Very pleased!
The hotel is in a perfect location and is a good price. Easy to get to all the main sites. Sherep restaurant which is well known is just across the road. Republic square and opera house all very close. They have power banks at reception which is so useful. You can take it for the day for just eur1.50 approx. Just get an Armenian number which is again across the road from hotel for a few euro.

The hotel was walking distance to a lot of places, cafes, stores etc. the room was clean however minor improvements were needed. We were missing a shower door and bathroom didn’t lock. Area is also very noisy so if you’re looking for quiet sleep this isn’t the place. Otherwise it was well.
Perfectly located, new construction with very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice toiletries, rooms are very clean, staff is courteous. Definitely will stay again.
Overall my experience was good but parking was a problem at this property. It would be better to have at least breakfast included in the price. It’s pricey.

I booked two nights for my group, the room is very noisy,we almost can’t sleep, we asked to change rooms in first day , the hotel staff told me there is no available rooms and the next afternoon change room. But we asked change room next afternoon still has no room. Oh it’s bad experience, we are so sad that they treated us. We are good clients for this hotel, in January this year we stayed in this hotel for around a week.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
The hotel's location is excellent, but the bed is not comfortable and the air conditioning is not cold
While the stay was great, we had to check out early. The hotel manager said that if we contacted Expedia they would provide a partial refund with a penalty fee. But after contacting Expedia we were told hotel can not provide refund by Expedia team. Sounds like somebody is not telling the truth.

I mentioned multiple concerns in regards of my stay at Hotel National to stuff members and had zero reaction. I had to be the one to search and ask to see the manager because manager didn’t even had an urgency to speak to me after all my concerns were addressed. We had a discussion and she just excused herself no actions taken. Couple concerns examples was food and room location for my disable mother. As far as food, it happened in front of the manager and I showed it directly to her, when I grabbed slices of bacon it had mold on it and all she said sorry everything is fresh here let me grab a new plate for you. Also we had expired yogurts that my kids were about to eat. Please address that to the property and see what actions they will take.
Thank you,
This was my third time staying at National, and overall, I have had positive experiences. However, there are a few areas that I believe could be improved upon.
To begin with, adding some cozy seating areas in the lobby and on the outside would enhance the guest experience.
I did encounter a situation with one of the waitresses that left me feeling disappointed. Despite my repeated explanations that we had already dined and were simply looking to relax, she continued to inquire about placing an order. Additionally, when I tried to taste a mulberry I had purchased on my way to the hotel, I was told in a somewhat abrupt manner that outside food was not permitted unless ordered from the restaurant. This interaction was a bit disheartening.
Furthermore, I encountered a challenge when my sister wanted to accompany me to my room and was asked to provide identification, including her passport, and was not allowed access because they wanted to hold onto her physical passport. While I understand the importance of security measures, this was unnecessary. I felt that the situation could have been handled with more sensitivity and understanding. It was a disappointing experience and inconvenience.
I sincerely hope that under new management, these concerns can be addressed effectively. I appreciate the pleasant aspects of National, including the lovely accommodations, delicious food, and convenient location, and look forward to future stays with improved experiences.
