"We loved this place! Our cottage was exceptionally clean, the grounds are so beautiful and full of character and color. The price was very affordable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the area of town was very quiet. We also enjoyed the historical significance of the cottages, which are over 100 years old. It is a bit of a walk from the main street with some uphill at the end but is doable for those who aren't disabled. Our cottage was certainly not high end, but we didn't expect that for the price. We highly recommend!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Catalina Courtyard hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. My room was clean, fresh with beautiful decor. I love the fire pit surrounded by green plants and lighting. "

"We had a queen suite with a queen Murphy bed. The unit had a separate bedroom and a small kitchen. It was very roomy, especially for Avalon. The place is a bit tired though."
