Not as advertised
We booked our hotel one day prior to our arrival. When we arrived at the hotel it was locked, with a note on the door directing guests to another location. We went to the other location (an apartment complex) wherein the receptionist advised us that guests were to stay there as the hotel was closed for construction. The apartment complex was a one star property. It is disappointed that a company can advertise one property when they knowingly will then place you in another property (bait and switch technique).

Nice for one night
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the Grotto
The room was clean but small.We were 4 people, 2 beds and one sofa. The sofa was not comfortable
The bathroom was clean. The shower is separate from the toilet. Very convinent for 4 people.
The receptionist, Felippa, speaks English and Spanish. Friendly staff
The cost of the breakfast was 7 Euros and had cheese, croissant, orange or apple juice, and coffee machine.
Big parking lot in front of the hotel
No staff after 8:00 pm, you need to have a code to enter to the hotel

Comfortable and convenient
Hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient to shrine. Truly value for money. Only one staff member who attended to everything very efficiently. She was welcoming and always pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. His hotel provided more value than expected for the price.

Il y a trop de bruit aux alentours. Ma chambre donnait du côté rue et le bruit des véhicules et des personnes qui restent dans la rue pour discuter nous as beaucoup gêné.

hôtel très bruyant, sale, chambre la moquette remplie de tâches, pas de climatisation, odeur de cigarette dans les étages,une seule prise, wi-fi très mauvais.

Visita a Lourdes
A estadia foi de uma noite e para o preço não foi mal mas tenho dois pontos a apontar:
1 - A tábua do estrado da cama de casal estava partida que fazia o colchão estar mais baixo no meio da cama (não é muito confortável dormir assim);
2 - As cortinas não vedarem bem as janelas - Vê-se de fora para dentro ((não é muito confortável).
Tirando estes dois pontos, que no meu entender o hotel devia melhorar, correu bem. A menina na receção era simpática.

Albergo semplice ma decoroso. Ottima posizione x raggiungere a piedi il Santuario e per posteggiare l'auto, di fronte infatti c'è un grande parcheggio libero.

The hotel was closed and I was at Hotel Saint Jean
I stayed at Apart/Hotel Saint Jean. I liked it. It was nice. Only think, you cannot call from the hotel and was little bit hot, but not a problem. The staff was very good and helpful.
I will return for my next stay.

Hotel velho e sem conservação
O Hotel é velho, com elevador quebrado, quartos esquisitos e com pouca conservação.
Os funcionários são atenciosos e o café da manha é simples porem gostoso.

Great hotel
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, cleaner was in every day, emptying bins and changing towels. There was loads of wardrobe space and a table with chairs.
My only advice is to move the phone off the headboard and change the mattress but so nice n clean always
