I liked the hotel was near the ghetto and the shops it’s basic no soap’s or complementary stuff in the bathroom no kettle it’s good because it’s convenient to the ghetto and shops they do not speak English at all so that’s a bit of a problem good for just sleeping in basically
Die Position von Hotell ist sehr gut, sehr Zentral. Leider sehr treckig und ganze Austatund veraltet und schmutzig.
Habe noch nicht in meine ganze Leben so ein treckiges Loch gesehn.
Ganze Zimer sehr treckig und staubig, ein Alptraum.
Würde soffort schliesen.

L’hôtel est à proximité du sanctuaire ça c’est le côté pratique. Sinon tout est à revoir. L’accueil du soir a été parfait. Mais dès le lendemain une catastrophe petit déjeuner à dix euros très honnêtement. Ça vaut pas fin de micro-ondes du pain du supermarché d’à côté, deux tranches de jambon, une tranche de Fromage, pas d’eau chaude dans nos chambres, même pas une excuse du personnel propreté de la salle de bain au revoir surtout les bouches d’aération. Bref personnellement je ne retournerai pas.
Literie à revoir ( ressorts matelas saillants). Salle de bain avec équipement rudimentaire ( pas de tablette lavabo!). Cloisons fines : nuisances sonores (voisinage et couloirs). Pas de double vitrage. Sinon, accueil convenable

Pour une nuit c etait parfait : proche du centre ville tout en étant au calme.
Seul bémol le stationnement payant et cher au autour de l hôtel
Quoique la dame de l'accueil soit super-gentille et que l'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment super, la chambre reste indésirable et besoin de beaucoup de rafraîchissement et surtout de renouveler les mobiliers
Malgré une amabilité sans faille à l'accueil, il n'y a aucun parking gratuit pour l'hôtel, comme présenté dans l'annonce "parking gratuit".
La salle de douche très mini, on dirait un mobile-home.
De notre chambre, le bruit de l'ascenseur était pénible.

Horrible ! Accueil désobligeant par un monsieur que nous avons visiblement dérangé en arrivant après 21h.
Literie exécrable: on sent tous les ressorts. Traces douteuses sur les draps. Le petit + : les punaises de lit ! (que je soupconne être dans la belle couverture jaune...)
Salle de bain : ne soyez pas regardant sur la propreté (traces noires un peu partout dans la cabine de douche...). Il ne faudra pas être trop imposant physiquement non plus si vous voulez utiliser les toilettes...
La vue : entre 2 pans de murs à droite et à gauche vous pourrez apercevoir le rivière au loin.
Le petit déj :même si les (soi-disantes) mesures de sécurité COVID restreignent le service, la politesse (très limite du personnel) ne devrait pas en théorie en être touchée... ni la qualité du petit déj fourni : pain industriel, jus concentré (coupé ?), salade de fruits...en conserve.
Pour 9€ il devrait pourtant être possible d'avoir un bon pain ...et de pouvoir en redemander.
Enfin le check out : des difficultés de communication entre Hotels.com (impossible à joindre malgré 15 min d'attente !!!) et l'hôtel lui même au sujet du pré paiement de notre réservation (même problème pour la cliente précédente), nous avons pu repartir avec la seule note positive : la gentillesse de la dame de l'accueil.
En résumé : je déconseille fortement ! et surtout la chambre 304 !
