「No say in terms of price Poor room clean up. You can see hairs on the floor after cleanup. It may be ok if you just stay one night…. The service provided by the hotel canteen is far much more better than hotel’s hospitality 」

「Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. 「Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Great value for money. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel as I was meeting friends. Great location for all areas of Lourdes. Staff are so obliging and helpful, will do anything they can to help. For some, may think some rooms need refurbishment, but comfort, cleanliness, staff and location are the most important things to me. Would throughly recommed this hotel.」
