「Warm personal welcome, immaculate room cool and comfortable elevators as needed . Was 5 minutes from all iconic sites in Lourdes.」

「Malfunctioning room keys provided more than one time. Room footage is to small. The bathroom space is the worst.」

「I guess you pay for what you get. I should noy expect much from a 2 star property. The bathtub was/is a horrible sight.」

「Dirty room with hair on the bed at the first time we enter the room. The breakfast is very simple with mostly bread. The location is extremely far away with no transportation to reach there.」

「Very clean and affordable hotel! My room was spacious too.」
