「Fantastic place 」

「Stayed for 1 wk, during which time a golf tournament was on. There was a distinct change in the clientele and business of the hotel post tournament. Staff on arrival only provided most basic information and we were left to find out for ourselves info about the facilities at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. 「The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had...

「The place was very comfortable, with great breakfast and super nice staff. Everyone was helpful and kind. The suite with 2 rooms was very spacious and nicely decorated. If I had to comment on something that could be improved would be the garden. However the fact that the personnel was so pleasant trumps any shortcomings of the grounds. Note. Parking underground can be challenging if your car is medium to large -」
