"Stayed during the “off season” so the hotel had a small number of guests. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The morning breakfast was amazing. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach and it’s a short walk to the marina where there is an abundance of restaurants. Highly recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza. "

This hotel makes its clients feel special simply by the fabulous service they provide from the staff on the front desk and from the staff assisting with luggage and valet service. Paulo did a fabulous job looking after us with respect to showing us the features of the resort, assisting with luggage and making sure our car was charged and available when we needed it. We loved our 5-day stay in this stylish hotel. Our room was modern and sophisticated with dark wood and beige ascents that helped create a relaxing environment. The bathroom with its modern amenities was spacious and had a wonderful rain shower. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains from the room. The room provided the perfect respite after a day of visiting museums and sightseeing. Another reason to stay here is their fabulous restaurant. João Simões and Inês did a wonderful job making sure our dining experiences were memorable. This is one hotel that is a must to stay at. You will not be disappointed"

"Lovely marina view. Fantastic staff and welcome upon arrival and breakfast was fantastic. Outside pool area lovely but Puro Beach pool and beach area needs a good clean. (Understand we are out of season) Lovely Spa area. We will return! "

"A beautiful hotel, great facilities and exceptional food. Lunch and cocktails in the bar, the buffet breakfasts and fine dining in Tropis were all delicious and not ridiculously priced. The staff literally couldn't do enough for us, from welcoming us, helping with luggage, booking activities and every interaction in between, everyone was very helpful, spoke beautiful English and made our trip very enjoyable. "Clean room, but very strong smell of bleach when I arrived in my room, pool lovely, breakfast basic. If you want to go around the best thing to have car . The hotel is far from faro city bus costs one way 5.50 and after 8 no buss go twords zodiac hotel. Uber is way cheaper than local tax . Uber cost around 13 euro but local taxi will charge you 35 euro. Bus stop is close to hotel like 3 minutes walk. Beach around 10 minutes. "
