I spoke to a manager who was supposed to send an email saying the second pre authorization was in error but she never did. The third week we changed hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly but the rooms had problems we asked to get fixed but it never happened. "

"The breakfast area desperately needs someone to bus the tables- very messy. Coffee thermos needed refills. Shower head loose from wall. Dirty glass at bar sink. Hotel is in a great location near restaurants, malls, & Interstate. They are remodeling so hopefully it will be better "
