"We stayed one night in the glass igloo during autumn, so the SnowHotel was still under construction and, according to one of the staff, set to reopen in a few weeks. Even so, the experience was lovely and memorable. The igloo was cozy and warm, though a bit tight for three people. At night, we didn’t get to see the northern lights or stars, but the view of the moon and quiet Arctic sky was peaceful in its own way. The pop-up ice bar was a fun surprise — I had a lingonberry gin there and it was fantastic! The shared sauna beside the restaurant was also a great way to relax before bed. Although we had to leave early for Tromsø and missed breakfast, the reception staff thoughtfully prepared a packed meal for us. The weather wasn’t ideal, but that’s part of the Arctic charm. Overall, it was a unique experience and the staff made it even better. I’d still give them 5 stars! 🌙"

"Super Good overall. Did the Husky self drive, it was great with a great Husky farm: Matara Creek. Hotel was great overall, Spa, breakfast, services. I recommend to drive or to plan your activities with the hotel as this is 45 min from the city center. "

"No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. "

"The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us. Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Good to have a private sauna in the room, we enjoyed that :) It was right next to a ski resort, so good for people who like to ski as well."
