"Rooms were well kept and breakfast was good"

"This is a lower mid-tier hotel chain so you naturally don't get the amenities or fancyness of some of the higher level chains. But no complaints. Price was cheap for a one-night unexpected trip/stop. Room was well cleaned. Bed was fine. Breakfast was better than expected with scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, toast, cereal, oatmeal. Location is in a good area with lots of shopping/restaurants. Commons areas were just okay with some obvious wear/tear and work needed. For the lower price this is a quality place to stay as long as you don't expect it to be something it's not (higher end chains). I would say here again on a pass through Knoxville if needed. "

"Couldn’t use the patio area as there were too many bees. No sauce pan to make eggs, pool not open. Very little activities to do, but over all it was acceptable."

"The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I personally loved paying at check in as opposed to check out, it was one less thing for me to worry about in the morning. The pantry area was well stocked and i was able to grab water and a powerade without having to run to the store. The location was convenient with plenty of parking. The area was well lit and safe. The room was extremely spacious, clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. My son enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and said it was the best breakfast he ever had in a hotel. That is a big compliment from him! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very clean, very spacious rooms - the facility is obviously well-cared for. Front desk service was prompt and friendly. The breakfast and coffee are admittedly pretty terrible, but there are plenty of other options around the Turkey Creek area (and Chobani yogurt and basic bagels/toast were available if you want to stick with the hotel.) Parking was plentiful and easy to navigate."
