「Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden direkt in ein größeres Zimmer upgegradet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel / sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Beach-Clubs mit Zugang zum Meer, die kostenlos benutzt werden können. Ausserdem gab es einen Shuttle zu den Malls. Leider gab es nur einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Souvenir-Shop in direkter Umgebung. Aber wenn man das weiß, ist es in Ordnung. Uns hat eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Balkon...

「非常之好的體驗，由於酒店遲了給我們房間，他們馬上作出適當的報告，給我們upgrade了房間，而且送上了小食作為禮物，前台服務人員態度良好，反應積極，只要稍作示意，便有服務員查問需要幫忙的事項，總是笑面迎人的，酒店環境設施非常新，而且非常人性化，房間設備齊全，唯獨因環保原因，沒有牙刷，必須自行準備。酒店設施非常齊全，有私人沙灘從酒店行出去只需1分鐘，而且也非常多服務員幫忙。除了沙灘外還有暖水泳池，分別有家庭泳池及小童泳池。同時也有相當多的球類活動可供選擇。整個體驗非常良好。」

「I strongly advise against booking these apartments through this company. I arrived for check-in at 3:00 PM, having already paid for a two-week stay in advance. The doors were closed, and the security guard informed me that there was no information about my reservation and that he couldn't let me in. We called various numbers, but no one answered. It wasn't until 7:30 PM that I finally got a response, and at 8:00 PM the guard had the necessary information. The security staff were extremely rude...
