「The staff at the Ragged Robin were delightful, always helping out and answering any questions we had. Shout out to Harrison for being so welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved enjoying a non alcoholic draft beer in the garden overlooking the canal. Truly a beautiful place to unwind. We will be back!」

「Very poor experience. I have travelling 3 or 4 times every year for the past 20 years. Except the staff in the front desk and health club showed me welcoming. The waitresses in the restuant made sounds and faces behind me during the buffer breakfast. The waitress even did not know I could order and pay online during dinner. Are they trying to embarass the asian faces? Also smelly and stain in the guest room, no refigerator and safe, what kind of experience could not expected.」

「This is my very first time to take bath in bedroom. It is extremely relaxing. The room is comfy enough for you to feel like home. The breakfast is also very nice with good presentation. Highly recommended for couple!」

「The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. 「Friendly welcome. Characterful room with good quality tea tray. Great breakfast. Unfortunately the room was not overly clean and the bathroom in particular was tired, run down and felt grubby. Black and dirty sealant around the outside of shower. Broken tiles on floor, broken loo roll holder, grubby and badly marked walls and thick dust/grime on skirting. With a deep clean and a little maintenance this could be a great place to stay.」

「My husband and I had the best experience at the Bulls Head Inn! We loved everything about it—the quaintness of the town, the cleanliness of the inn and our room, and the food and drinks at the pub (the veggie burger was amazing!). The list could go on.
