Did not recognize our booking with Hotels.com and would not give us a room until after more than 1 hour of arguing! Then the room was so moldy we immediately updated to a room in the "new" wing... Spotty hot water and uncomfortable beds makes this a really bad place to stay.

Très bon séjour dans cet hotel rural tranquille et dans un cadre exceptionnel avec balcon vue sur la mer. De belles balades possibles dans le coin et trails vers le Teide mais attention au dénivelé! Il faut absolument aller au restaurant de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner buffet bien fourni, mention spéciale pour le gâteau et je jus de fruits exotiques.

Super noisy, couldn't sleep

The walls of the rooms are paper thin, you can hear the conversation coming from the neighbouring guests, even them using the toilet. I was staying for 4 nights and after my first night I asked to cancel the 4th night so I could have a good night's sleep before my travelling day and they offered no compromise

Tolles Hotel trotz unscheinbarer Fassade. Wenn man kein Fenster zur Straße hat, ist alles super. Ich würde wieder in dem Hotel buchen.

Kleines Hotel & damit wenig Menschen, vielmehr braucht es im Urlaub nicht. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur richtigen Seite hat, hat man auch eine schöne Aussicht. Gerne wieder.

Nettes, kleines Hotel im oberen Ortsteil von Los Realejos mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück in Ordnung.

A little disappointing

The hotel was pleasant but the room was very cold. No Windows just shutters. The shower was broken so could not shower to go out in the evening. The toilet and shower were cubicles in the room which was not very pleasant. There were insufficient plug sockets and when I moved the bed to look for a socket there was a lot of dust and dirt behind the bed. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was acceptable. The beds were not comfortable and the bedding insufficient as it was very cold.

Het was een schitterende vakantie zou het zo weer boeken het is een goed en mooi hotel en de paar minpuntjes zijn niet noemenswaardig het enige wat ik jammer vond was dat ik een kamer onder in het hotel had waar geen zon kwam maar goed heb een geweldige vakantie gehad dus je slaapt er toch alleen maar hahaha het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam kortom dikke 10

Could be fantastic...

This is a lovely traditional hotel in a beautiful traditional Spanish town. We had rooms in the main hotel, big, spacious, lots of traditional features and beautiful BUT the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows very old and smelly! The showers, sinks and toilets are outdated ‘70’s and in need of updating. These are housed in cubicles within the rooms. The toilet brush was so old and disgusting it must be from the ‘70’s too!! Check in was straight forward. Breakfast is very simple and coffee disgusting. Great area if you are fit as lots of hills. Great restaurants around and so very cheap! We loved the area and would go again but would choose another hotel. Didn’t have the evening meal so can’t comment. Pool was freezing- but was December!

Gutes Hotel zu fairem Preis

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön an einer Anhöhe von Los Realejos, was aber auch heißt, dass sich ein Mietwagen empfiehlt. Mein Zimmer war im neueren Anbau des Hotels (auf den Bildern sind meist die m.E. schöneren Zimmer im alten Bau zu sehen). Das Zimmer hatte eine völlig ausreichende Größe und eine Terrasse. Der Zustand des Zimmers ist gut, wobei an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas Farbe etc. nicht schaden könnte. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ok und von der Auswahl ausreichend. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel zu dem von mir bezahlten Preis empfehlen.
