「Everything was good until the time we checked out. While we were waiting for the Uber, the hotel staffs, two ladies, asked me to come over then told me “Uber can’t go to the airport, you should call taxi”. I asked my Uber driver is it true and obviously, it’s a lie. I can understand the stuffs want us to call taxi in front of the hotel but it’s not a good reason to tell your customers a lie. I feel really upset when leaving the hotel. There must be something wrong with their stuff training. 」

「En mi habitación había chinches, tengo evidencia en video, les mencioné a los de recepción y me cambiaron de habitación, en la que me dieron había cucarachas, y me volvieron a cambiar de habitación, y aunque ya no había bichos, no pude dormir por estar pensando que no me fueran a picar otra vez. No recomiendo para nada este hotel.」
