「The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful , they went above and beyond to help. The pool was also great. 」

「Loved this beautiful old hotel, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Very conveniently located in the historic downtown. My only hesitation to recommend it to some folks would be if you went the wrong direction you would quickly enter a small group of homeless people. I had no problems however and walked all over the historic downtown to see the lovely Victorian architecture, the pretty waterfront, the murals and to many wonderful restaurants. 「Dirty and some flies in the room, there are hairs left on the bed and pillows,the wallpaper is broken, and homeless stayed at the hotel door who will ask you for money.」

「Friendly and helpful staff made check on a breeze. Clean comfy room there's a koi pond in the garden near the hot tub. However, we were there on a Saturday and I don't recommend walking around at night.」
