The staff were great. The hotel reminded me of a place that had their heyday 30 years ago. They appear to try but alas fall short. The AC unit in the room had a dirty filter that did not even fit the aged unit. Note to staff. Get every AC/heat unit cleaned and properly fit with the right sized filter ...

Best Western Plus Ontario Airport & Convention Center
Very noisy to the point of not being able to talk or sleep. On complaining to the manager we were told that nothing could / would be done. Druggies openly in the parking lot. Rooms dingy. I will never stay here again Really hurt the brand!
