The property for what it is is decent. Cheap rates and a clean enough space to lay your head for the night. The shower, bed, desk, and restroom were all clean. Though on my second night I noticed some outside bugs making their way in.
The management was nice and accommodating but it's just the area where it's at unfortunately. The surrounding area, while cultured, is dingy and dirty.
Though the greatest issue i had was parking. Unless you want to pay for a space in a lot, i suggest you get here early and find a space on the street. Leave your car there and try to move it as little as you can. Nothing is guaranteed and you dont want to be like me, driving around for 20 minutes looking to snipe someone's spot.
Walls, bed and bathroom not worth I paid. There was bedbugs in the bed too

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Not for tourists
They mentionned they had WiFi, there was not
The neighbourhood was not touristic, too many trash
The attention at the Office Desk was not good when you ask for information about tourism
There was a fire near the place and there was not good information about what was happening
The hotel has all the basics one needs for a quick stay, but the area is so unsafe. On my 2 night stay i constantly saw police and ambulances on the stairs of the hotel. There were also a lot of cockroaches roaming on the bathroom. I wouldn’t go back unfortunately.
Price of this hotel is not worth the stay it may be the cheapest option but not worth it. Hotel is very dirty and run down, Bugs found in Hotel Room and alleged hidden cameras in Hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly and nice but doesn’t help the fact the hotel itself was a complete mess as a whole
There’s no a/c no heater, broken windows a lot of homeless please in the property, no parking. Totally unsafe. We had to leave the property we did stay.
The bed had blood and other weird stains. The mirror in the bathroom was broken. You couldn’t really lock the door. And it looks like directly in front of the hotel is a collection point for drug addicts and hookers.
