Outstanding ! A hidden gem in a prestigious, location, adjacent to multimillion dollar homes! More than anything, managers, Kim and Kenny are fantastic — kind helpful, and accommodating! Service was bad, there was no toilet paper and the light didnt work in the restroom. Rooms are outdated really bad dont waste your time staying here. It will be my last.

New Mgt? Customer service turned bad

Stayed in a room with a queen bed, the room was nothing compared with the king room for cleanliness. You would think that cleanliness should be consistent. Also, the person I spoke with on the phone is rude and hung up on me while I was still talking. It looks like there was a change in management recently.
