I stayed at this property when it was the Palms and it was pretty dope then. I don't have a problem with the location or the property. The rooms are spacious and clean as well as affordable. It's what we need in this economy so I'm here for it all don't sleep on this hotel hotel.beiisgreatfftime

This property is now called the Arlington Inn. No norification. It’s sketchy area there’s a drive thru store out front so motel is hidden behind and bushes reek like urine. Motel was safe and over proved for what you get. Room smelt like chemicals and bed was hard and cheap. Never again. Staff on property very kind

Room was clean and spacious. Outdoor liquor store right in front!!! I was a little skeptical due to the google reviews but I was proved wrong. I was able to check in late and check out was super quick. Parking is limited but I ubered everywhere so it was no problem. There’s a bus stop right on the corner too.

Overall the hotel is fine. Nothing fancy or outstanding. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The pillows & bed weren’t very comfortable. The air conditioner & shower worked great. There are charging outlets on either side of the bed which was appreciated. I will say, this place is very good if you are travelling on a budget, however if you have a few extra dollars to spend, I’d recommend somewhere else.

The AC make a lot of noise on the first two hours or so after booking in. The place was clean and area was ok but the attitude of the lady and the man at the front desk was not customer friendly.

It was perfect good option the room was clean all new the bed is perfect not so far from the airport easy to find ...just they forget to clean the room one day but they give us towel and soap and everything and apologies....you will come back nice people working there ...complementary coffee or something like this will be appreciate

Room was really big and super clean. The bed was comfortable and tv had a programmed firestick with access to all streaming programs . The only complaint is limit parking spaces and the door has a pretty big gap under neath not only allowing a ton of sun in but it was big enough possibly a critter could’ve came in . Had to stuff a towel

I was shocked by the outside of this hotel and almost left without checking in. It’s in a very scary area and felt unsafe. Additionally, there’s NO LOBBY, just a glass window with a bell to summon the clerk. NO COFFEE, no cup or glass to drink from. The room was clean and recently remodeled, which was at least something. The bed was comfortable, but the unusual metal bed frame was super noisy. Can’t recommend.

Very Basic

You get what you pay! Old motel with renovated rooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. Besides cable-TV they contain only fridge and microwave. Nothing to make hot water or coffee in the morning. No lobby. Bed too soft for my taste. Imperial Highway can be noisy until late at night. But it is reasonably close to LAX. Advise: If you need wifi reject room #6 as it is in the corner and build in, i.e. wifi there is terribly weak. Other rooms are OK.

pros: free wifi, dining table/area, mini fridge, A/C, double lock on door cons: ripped bedsheets, stain on pillowcase, chewed doorframe on bathroom, broken A/C dial knobs, towel rack not screwed in all the way, few towels Overall the stay way good, but there were many issues with amenities. Upon first entering the room, it was very clean and spacious. But as i went through the room, A/C knobs were broken and required some finagling, but worked great otherwise. Very large room with a breakfast table/chairs, and a mini fridge that worked great. Fitted bedsheet on one bed had a foot long rip in it, when requesting a new fitted sheet i felt like i was being an inconvenience, and the new fitted sheet had an even larger rip and was a size too small. There were no lamps, but several overhead lights. The TV didn’t have a remote that matched so it wasn’t useable. Bathrooms doorframe looked like a dog got locked inside and they chewed 6-8 inches off the bottom of the frame, the towel rack wasn’t screwed into the wall entirely. There was also only one bath towel provided for a two+ person room (double queen bed room).
