staff was a bit rude. room wasn’t necessarily messy or dirty but there was mold and spiderwebs and the worst part was BED BUGS. bed bugs on the pillows and bed. right in our face too.

Clean room, staff was great I had a day and half left on my trip had an emergency staff was great to refund me and be very understanding for my situation and refunded a day plenty of parking available , the only thing is rooms could be updated like some add ons coffe machines and blow dryers. Other than that it was very good. Honestly the sweetest staffing such a nice gentleman.

It was so bad that I checked in went to my room then left to another hotel. Drug addicts in the parking lot and other shady guests. I was solo and I didn’t feel safe.
